Oversees the planning, development, and execution of the foundation's initiatives and activities that reflect the foundation's mission. This includes developing , organizing, and overseeing events, workshops, and programs that engage the community ana benefit youth. Committee members work to ensure each event or program is impactful, well-organized, and aligned with our goals, while fostering participation and building awareness of our work.
MARKETING
The Marketing team promotes the foundation's mission, programs, and impact through strategic communication. Responsibilities include managing branding, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and website content. The team also handles public relations, builds media partnerships, and secures coverage to increase visibility. Through creative storytelling and consistent outreach, Marketing helps attract donors, engage the community and inspire youth participation.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Builds strong connections with the public to advance our mission of empowering youth through writing and the arts. We partner with schools, local organizations, and creative groups to host events, recruit volunteers, and create opportunities for young voices to be heard. Through outreach, we raise awareness, build trust, and ensure the foundation remains deeply engaged with the communities we serve.
FUNDRAISING
This committee is responsible for developing and supporting strategies to secure the financial resources needed to sustain and grow the foundation's programs. This includes planning and promoting fundraising events, identifying potential donors and sponsors, writing grant proposals, and encouraging board and member giving. Committee members serve as ambassadors, helping to build relationships with individuals, businesses, and community partners who share our mission. Through their efforts, the committee ensures the foundation has the support needed to empower youth and expand and our impact.
